  I only gave this place one star because I couldn't give it ZERO stars. I bought tile from this place a number of years ago, and it was a terrible experience. Since I am considering putting tile in another room, I thought perhaps, after three years, things may have improved. I called the store and had the misfortune of having my call answered by someone who - in short order - reminded me of how bad the customer service was three years ago. Apparently for The Tile Shop, some things never change.

  The have displays up that are on back order for several months. I can't even get a sample of the tile I want until several weeks from now. Why display something you technically do not have? No one asked how I was doing or if I had any question and the salesman seemed annoyed.
