  I feel that Sherwin-Williams is mediocre. The staff here are very friendly and through all the troubles that we have had, they have helped us through it and tried to make things right. In addition, they have lots of painting supplies, which worked well. However, they tend to focus on what "should" work and what they were told, not actual experience or painting knowledge. Every occasion that we purchased something from them, we asked for their opinion and went with it. Something went wrong and the painting went terrible. Sherwin-Williams store and corporate basically blamed us and the painting environment, later to find out it was their fault. Even to the point where we purchased black paint, the store clerk got a white base and tinted it black - tint does not dry.
