  This storefornt is owned by Scott Dickey and South Dayton Builders. After securing money from you they will not respond to any correspondence when there are issues. South Dayton Builders has also just recently lost their BBB accreditation due to being unresponsive to customer complaints. I highly warn anyone from dealing with them and would move on to other kitchen and bath design companies. They have not met my expectation due to poor documentation on their part of the options and styles for our kitchen. A door sample was never given for approval and when they showed up they were incorrect. 4 weeks later a sample was provided that was still incorrect. I placed a deposit over 7 months ago and we are currently at a stand still as of 6/6/2016.
